Lisa Webb is the Coordinator of the VA’s Post-Baccalaureate Nurse Residency (PBNR) Program, funded by OAA, and the RN Transition To Practice (TTP) program. In this role, she mentors quality improvement proposals and projects for nurses in the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center’s program.
