Jessica Liu, MD

Dr. Jessica Liu is an Internal Medicine Physician at the University Health Network (UHN) and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, where she is a Clinician Investigator with a focus on healthcare quality improvement and innovation. She completed the VA Quality Scholars Program in June 2013. Dr. Liu is also a WIHV Innovation Fellow at the Women’s College Hospital Institute for Health System Solutions and Virtual Care (WIHV). Dr. Liu’s recent research and publications have focused on pharmaceutical industry-physician conflicts of interest, online physician ratings and the patient experience; quality of care of hospitalized patients; and rates and characteristics of physician disciplinary action by provincial regulatory colleges.
